It was clean place, staff were super-friendly and exceptionally nice, and I truly enjoyed my wonderful room. Its location was very central, feet from Customs House.

Fine overall experience. The hotel is exceptionally comfortable in general. Location - magnificent, close enough to tourist attractions, and the bay. Also, to all the restaurants & bars. A huge variety of appetising food at breakfast time.

We had a fine experience. Came in Santa Marta to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was great place for doing it. Also, location was unbeatable and magnificent, around 10-15 minutes walk from a fabulous museum. Moreover, it's next to the restaurants, the most beautiful parks in the historic district and the historic district.
